Apex EZTest® SCBI

Apex EZTest terdiri dari 9 mm x 0.2 mm stainless steel yang diinokulasi dengan Geobacillus stearothermophilus 12980 dikemas dalam bentuk self-contained biological indicator (SCBI). Media ampul yang terintegrasi tidak hanya menghilangkan kebutuhan akan tempat yang bersih untuk kultur indicator biologis, namun juga meminimalkan kemungkinan kontaminasi pasca paparan selama kultur.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Apex EZTest Crusher

Apex EZTest Crusher dapat digunakan sebagai penahan SCBI selama paparan serta sebagai penghancur media ampul dan penutup selama proses kultur. Alat ini dapat memfasilitasi atau membawa 3 SCBI sekaligus.

 

 

 

 

Stainless Steel Discs in Tyvek®/Tyvek Pouches

Indikator biologis Apex terdiri dari cakram stainless steel tebal berdiameter 9 mm x 0,2 mm yang diinokulasi dengan variasi populasi Geobacillus stearothermophilus 12980, Geobacillus stearothermophilus 7953 atau Bacillus atrophaeus 9372. Cakram tersebut dikemas dalam amplop Tyvek medis yang dapat ditembus oleh VH₂O₂ . Amplop memiliki lubang kecil untuk memudahkan dalam menggantung dan sebuah lekukan untuk mempermudah saat membuka/mengelupas. Tri-scale BIs (LOG-456) menyediakan 3 populasi berbeda dalam satu konfigurasi kemasan untuk membantu pengembangan siklus dan validasi awal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bare Metal Stainless Steel Ribbon 

Apex Ribbons terdiri dari pita stainless steel berukuran 6.4 mm x 70 mm yang diinokulasi Geobacillus stearothermophilus 12980, berbentuk tipis dan flexible sehingga mudah disimpan. Ribbon dikemas dalam selongsong Tyvek  (dilepas saat digunakan). Kantong transfer Tyvek steril (BMWK-750) berguna sebagai media transportasi ribbon yang telah dibuka menuju laboratorium untuk dikultur.

 

 

Spore Suspension

Apex Spore Suspensions dari Geobacillus stearothermophilus 12980 dan 7953 mengandung spora yang resisten terhadap proses sterilisasi di dalam larutan etanol. Suspensi spora terdapat di dalam vial Wheaton® berukuran 10 mL dengan sumbat karet yang dirancang secara khusus untuk proses dekontaminasi dengan VH₂O₂.

 

 

 

 

Releasat® Purple Media

Media Releasat Purple adalah mediayang diformulasikan khusus kultur cerna kasein kedelai. Di dalamnya terdapat pH indikator berupa Bromocresol Purple. Setiap tabung 16 x 100 mm berisi 3,6 mL medium. Hasil pengujian diperoleh selama inkubasi dengan mengamati perubahan warna pada media dari ungu menjadi kuning dan/atau keruh jika terdapat spora yang resistan selama proses. Media ini dapat digunakan dengan indikator biologis yang mengandung Geobacillus stearothermophilus.
